SPOTLIGHT ON WINE

Infinitus Chardonnay Viura 750ml

Tasting Note: Aromatically intense, yet elegant and subtle. Aromas of fennel, recently cut hay and white flowers (camomile, hyacinth) stand-out with hints of lemon fruit. Very complex and pleasant. Fresh from the beginning, smooth and silky, full-bodied and with backbone. Very easy to drink but attractively strong and with personality that leaves no one indifferent. Strong finish leaving impressions of fresh apple.

The EXPÉRIENCE by/par ANBL boutique store offers all of what you’d expect from the program, and so much more. Rare spirits, unique beer, and yes, even more wines that you won’t find at any other ANBL location. Located in the heart of downtown Moncton, EXPÉRIENCE by/par ANBL is a must-visit for locals and worth the trip for everyone else.

 

 

 

Louis Latour Villages Pinot Noir Les Pierres Dorées 750ml

Tasting Note: Maison Louis Latour once again exports its Burgundian know-how outside of the Côte d'Or. After the great successes of Ardèche and Var, we have decided to repeat the experience in the heart of Beaujolais with the planting of 25 hectares of Pinot Noir. The calcareous soil rich in iron oxide gives a very particular ochre color, and the high altitude contribute to produce a surprising wine which associates richness and freshness with a beautiful aromatic complexity.
"Les Pierres Dorées" 2020 has a dark color with garnet reflections. Its nose reveals notes of black cherry, mocha, nutmeg and licorice. Its generous mouth, with aromas of licorice, reveals nice tannins and a lot of freshness.
Taste Tag: Round & Ripe
When to Drink: Drink now or cellar up to 5 to 7 years.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with crusted rack of lamb, quails with grapes, red tuna tartare, sea bass and goat cheese.
