Fall Spice and Everything Nice


These DIY cocktail recipes feature some of the season’s best flavours. From caramel to cranberry, to cinnamon and cider – it’s time to get cozy and warm up with some fall cocktails.

And just in time for spooky season, we’ve also included a Halloween cocktail that will be perfect to make for your guests at the annual costume party.

Apple Cider Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz CAPTAIN MORGAN SPICED RUM
  • 2 oz apple cider (chilled)
  • 3 oz BOLLICINI CUVÉE sparkling wine
  • ½ oz fresh orange juice (optional)
  • Cinammon sugar (for rim)
  • Apple slice, orange twist, or cinnamon stick for garnish

Steps:

  1. Rim a champagne flute with cinnamon sugar.
  2. Pour in CAPTAIN MORGAN SPICED RUM, apple cider, and orange juice (if using).
  3. Top with BOLLICINI CUVÉE sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice, lemon wheel, or cinnamon stick.

Cranberry Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz SMIRNOFF VODKA
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Fresh cranberries and/or a cinnamon stick for garnish

Steps:

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice.
  2. Add SMIRNOFF VODKA, cranberry juice, and lime juice.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with fresh cranberries and/or a cinnamon stick.

Caramel Apple Martini

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. In a shaker, combine SMIRNOFF VODKA, DISARONNO AMARETTO, apple cider, and caramel syrup with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with an apple slice.

Blood Orange Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz PATRON SILVER TEQUILA
  • 1 oz blood orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Salt for rim (optional)
  • Blood orange slice for garnish

Steps:

  1. Rim the glass with salt (optional) and fill it with ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine PATRON SILVER TEQUILA, blood orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a blood orange slice.
