SPICY MARGARITA ZEST
Ingredients:
- 1 oz HORNITOS BLACK BARREL TEQUILA
- 1 oz MEAGHERS TRIPLE SEC
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz orange juice
- ½ agave syrup
- ¼ jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 1 lime
- ¼ tsp of chili-lime seasoning (like Tajin)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Coat the edge of a rocks glass with chili-lime seasoning by first dipping it into lime juice. Fill with ice.
- Muddle the jalapeño pepper in a shaker. Add the Hornitos Black Barrel Tequila, Meaghers Triple Sec, lime juice, orange juice, and agave.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
STARDUST MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 2 oz EMPRESS GIN
- 1 oz MCGUINNESS BLUE CURAÇAO
- ½ oz elderflower syrup
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- Edible glitter*
- Ice cubes
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions:
- Rim a martini glass with lemon juice, then dip into sugar.
- In a shaker, combine Empress Gin, McGuinness Blue Curaçao, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a pinch of edible glitter.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into the glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

GOLDEN CLOVER SOUR
Ingredients:
- 2 oz JAMESON IRISH WHISKEY
- ½ oz MIDORI MELON LIQUEUR
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel and edible gold flakes for garnish
Instructions:
- In a shaker, combine Jameson Irish Whiskey, Midori Melon Liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
- Shake once without ice to build foam.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and a pinch of edible gold flakes.
ROSÉ PEACH FIZZ
Ingredients:
- 1 oz DR. MCGILLICUDDY'S PEACH
- 2 oz FREIXENET ITALIAN ROSÉ
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3 oz club soda
- Ice cubes
- Orange slice for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add Dr. McGillicuddy's Peach, Freixenet, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake gently.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with club soda. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
